Be Good to yourself and your skin!
Why your skincare regime can (and should) be enjoyable
From your 20’s
It’s never too early to start healthy habits when it comes to your skin. You should always try to avoid the sun and never use tanning beds, this is applicable at any age. Drink plenty of water, moisturise daily to hydrate your skin, why not combine with organic nutritional Bulgarian Rose oil supplements La Vie en Rose drops or capsules. Ensure application of sunscreen every single day, Natural and deluxe serums feature organic natural sun protective qualities, also consider using 100% organic floral waters (Rose, Lavender, Chamomile, Zdravetz, Melissa and Clary Sage) which help invigorate skin combined with effective natural aromas.
Twenty-somethings should start to employ a skin care regimen that helps address ageing skin further down the line. Research has indicated Bulgarian Rose oil can help increase cell renewal, help prevent fine lines and wrinkles - you can add in eye care along with a good moisturiser, and you’ve got a fantastic base regimen.
If you are struggling with acne during this time, organic Melissa Acne corrector may help reduce episodes and outbreaks.
You should also think about an organic - Floral Water, Thermal Water or Bi-Phasic cleanser for great deep pore cleansing and removing makeup, dirt, and oily residue.
Into 30’s
Skin maintenance becomes very important during this decade. Fine lines and wrinkles may begin to appear, but there are things you can do to help prevent and treat these. Continue with a nightly organic Serum or Balm with moisturising effects for face and eyes. Sunscreen is absolutely essential and, if you can, avoid direct sun light as much as possible, many plants offer natural daily SPF - for e.g. Zdravetz.
Add a nightly serum that includes regenerative qualities, such as Natural and deluxe. You may consider Maxima, Irris and Pirina balms or aroma care to help treat wrinkles such as crow’s feet or scowl lines. Consistent treatment over time can help prevent deeper furrows.
It’s also a good idea to think about skin maintenance; more maintenance now means less correction in the future. Don’t forget about caring for skin in areas like the neck, chest, and backs of the hands.
and 40’s
It’s during this decade that you may notice more fine lines and wrinkling of the skin as well as the appearance of age spots or broken blood vessels. There are multiple treatment options for these problems. If you find yourself needing extra coverage, use moisturising serum Natural and deluxe and also contains SPF.
A series of peels can also help with overall skin texture and tone with the treatments mentioned for the 30’s being very good as continued maintenance into your 40’s. You should also consider including serums and balms for skin tightening and antioxidant face treatments that can help neutralise free radicals with Bulgarian rose oil products for the treatment and prevention of fine lines.
50’s and above
This is the age when you may start to notice deeper wrinkles and sagging skin, not only on the face but also on the neck and chest areas. Treatments at this age are more for correction, the good news it that it’s never too late to start a healthy regimen. All of the basic skincare tips discussed above still apply in your 50’s and onwards. Ecomaat 100% organic products offer a wide range of safe, non-surgical lifting treatments that provide a wonderful option (if you don’t feel keen on pursuing invasive surgical procedures) that can be quick to deliver results, enjoyably comfortable in application that can help lift sagging jowls, neck, and eyebrows and sculpt the body.
